Matthews, Timothy J. Murphy, David Reif Tim Murphy called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. He advised the Committee that there were three- (3) openings on the Finance Committee, all for three- (3) year terms beginning July 1, 2011 and ending on June 30, 2014. To date, only one candidate existed, that being Brian Laffond, a current member of the Finance Committee seeking reappointment. Mr. Matthews moved to appoint Brian Laffond to the Finance Committee for a term of July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2014. The motion was seconded by Mr. Reif. On vote, motion carried 3 in favor, 0 opposed. The Committee then discussed identification of potential members to fill the remaining vacancies. Each member agreed to identify and contact potential candidates.
